Who We Are
Deborah’s Cradle is a women’s leadership and capacity development foundation based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
We are a faith-driven initiative that nurtures and empowers women for effective leadership in ministry, family, and the marketplace.
Founded by Pastor (Dr.) Manuela George-Izunwa, Deborah’s Cradle has spent over a decade mentoring, training, and equipping women to lead with excellence, compassion, and conviction.
At Deborah’s Cradle, we believe that leadership is not about titles—it’s about purpose. Every woman has the potential to lead and influence change when she is guided, equipped, and inspired.

Pastor (Dr.) Manuela George-Izunwa

Dr. Manuela is a dynamic voice for women in leadership, known for her passion for personal growth, purpose discovery, and faith-based empowerment.
She is a former Commissioner for Women Affairs in Rivers State, Founder of Deborah’s Cradle, Convener of Stretch Summit, and President of GOLD (Girls’ Organisation for Leadership & Development).
Her books—Stretch, Overcoming Self-Doubt, and Don’t Die in Your Nest—have inspired countless women to live boldly and lead purposefully.
